NOTE ON DATA USAGE:
Participants can submit the results achieved in our virtual sports challenges only through the raceXplus application. The application is used only for the tasks (monitoring the status of the challenge, setting the display and sending of performance-related messages) related to the event. Your location data measured via the GPS system in the application are not stored, the data is used to calculate the distance. Protect your digital privacy: we are operating in the European Union under GDPR!

NOTE ON GPS SUPPORT:
raceXplus depends on the effective operation of GPS for recording the activities. In some devices, where GPS does not work properly and raceXplus will not record those challenge performances effectively. If your raceXplus recordings show poor location estimation behaviour, please try to update the operating system to the most recent version. There are some devices which have consistently poor performance with no known remedies. Also, some phones just can’t count distances if the screen is off or locked. We try to support as many phones as we can. On these devices or such circumstances, we created a manual data submission option fora seamless user experience.
